At the heart of our powder coating line is our Gema powder application equipment. This state of the art equipment allows us to reliably and efficiently deliver an industry leading finish. Equipped with fast colour change technology, we can carry out reclaim to reclaim colour changes in 7-10 minutes. Our manual operators oversee the automated application ensuring perfect coverage, and skillfully apply coatings to recessed areas, inside corners, etc. The result is industry leading quality and consistency.
High Quality Pretreatment
RIF prepares all products with our multi stage conveyorized spray washer. We are consistently able to deliver 1000+ hrs of salt spray corrosion protection (substrate dependent).
